Our studio is a rent-able, 1700+ square foot, photo studio designed for lifestyle, food, commercial brands, and creatives. We have a small kitchen, a carpeted lobby/lounge area, and a separate shooting area (see gray floors photo) Lots of windows, ideal for anyone who enjoys working with natural light. Studio features white walls with glossy gray linoleum floors.
Located in historic Salem, Ma in a very safe waterfront building. Ample parking on premises with access to covered garage parking. Close to commuter rail allowing a quick commute to and from the city. Access to a large loading dock, and regular elevator.
The space is fully adaptable to accommodate a another person or people to share. We are open to re-arranging the space so it can be a truly shared space.
I am a photographer, but I am open to sharing with any professionals who need a space to work in. Any applicants are more than welcome, I just ask that you are respectful and clean.
KITCHEN INCLUDES: Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Kitchen Island, Microwave, toaster oven, deep sink, and lots of cabinet space.
